Tai Chi in the summer sun

Sochin Karate Club members took part in an outdoor session of Tai Chi on the last day of June instead of their normal training routine.

The session, on the lawn next to Kendall Hall (by St Mary Bredin Church), Nunnery Fields, Canterbury was great fun and focused on breath work.

The non-profit club is currently developing a session of Tai Chi to deliver on behalf of East Kent Mind and the Lord Mayor of Canterbury as a charity fundraiser. To find out more visit:
